Architectural photography is a specialist branch of photography whereby the photograph seeks to capture images of buildings, particularly those which exhibit unusual architectural design.  Architectural photography seeks to highlight any interesting architecture or design features of a building and images will often be in very sharp relief to highlight the fine details of a building. When attempting architectural photography there are numerous factors that must be taken into account. Environmental factors such as light levels and visibility can have a significant effect on the outcome of architectural photography, sometimes producing undesired results.
